Chris’ 300-mile Challenge
In 2014, Chris Ouellette founded the Cycle (and Walk!) 4 CMT event. Inspired by his nephew, Yohan Bouchard, who was diagnosed with CMT at the age of 7, he explains, “I watched Yohan’s ongoing battle with CMT from being an active kid enjoying snowboarding, walking, and hiking to abandoning these activities altogether due to the complications of his CMT. My love for him drove my determination to find a cure for this disorder.”
The 7th Annual Cycle 4 CMT, having raised over $1 Million for CMT research, has gone virtual this year. So, Chris is forging ahead on September 11, 2020, with plans to spend 3 days on his bike, with a goal of riding 300 miles for the 3 Million people with CMT!! And, thanks to a very generous contributor, all donations will be matched, dollar for dollar, until September 30.
Sponsor Chris’ ride as he champions CMTA STAR research for a cure. cmtausa.org/300miles
Also, between September 11-13, Chris will give live updates on the CMTA’s Facebook Fan Page: facebook.com/CMTAssociation
Let’s cheer him on and give him a little extra mojo from across the country!
